$53.00 for the first page of each document. (Includes the $3.00 surcharge, two $2.00 surcharges and $26.00 LoCIP for each document.) Each subsequent page is $5.00.

OTHER CHARGES

$5.00 if current mailing address of grantee is not listed on either warranty deed or quit claim deed.

$1.00 if names of those executing, witnessing and acknowledging are not typed or printed under the signatures.

$2.00 for each property transfer reportable to the State of Connecticut.
