This link will navigate to Municode.com. Once at the site, the Town of Berlin Municipal Code will appear. To locate the Zoning Regulations use the menu on the left side of the screen. Scroll down to "Appendix B Zoning." To access the regulations you MUST click on the plus sign (+) to the left for "Appendix B Zoning," NOT the text! Once you click the plus sign, another menu will appear below "Appendix B Zoning". Each section of the Regulations is bookmarked here to make your navigation easier. To access each section, simply click on the text you wish to view.

Please note that there is no link to the Amendments as they are not yet posted online. They will be up shortly. Please call the office (860-828-7060) so that you may be provided with a current copy of the amendments.
