WELCOME TO THE TOWN MANAGER'S OFFICE

The Town Manager’s Office executes and implements public policy as created by the Berlin Town Council. The Town Manager is the Chief Executive Officer of the Town. The Town Manager’s office administers and oversees daily operations of the Town, as well as governmental relations, legislative and public affairs. The Town Manager prepares and submits the Town’s annual budget; keeps the Council apprized of the Town’s financial and operational status; makes reports and recommendations to the Council; ensures that all Town ordinances and resolutions are implemented and enforced; and hires all department directors/division heads.

The Assistant Town Manager oversees the departments and divisions of Parks and Recreation, Community Services, and the Information Technology division.
