LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF BERLIN
PUBLIC HEARINGS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Berlin Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on
Thursday, April 12, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Berlin Town Hall,
240 Kensington Road, to consider the following applications:
a. Special Permit Use Application of Estates of Berlin, LLC for a condominium project at Lot 41, Block 133, Beckley Farms (Due to scheduling conflicts, this
hearing will be opened on May 10, 2012).
b. Special Permit Application of Aris W. Stalis, Aris Land Studio, LLC, for
Continued Use for Public High School, with existing athletic fields, parking areas
during renovations and expansion, 139 Patterson Way.
At these hearings interested persons may be heard and written communications may be received. Text and maps of these proposals are available in the Department of Development Services and
the Office of the Town Clerk.
