Operations Due to Covid-19 (Update 12-21-2020)
Town Hall offices are currently open by appointment only. The best way to contact the department is via email (mgiusti@town.berlin.ct.us or fsemnosk@town.berlin.ct.us). For those without email access, staff are also monitoring phones and voicemails. When leaving a message please include the subject matter, the relevant address(es), and your contact information. You can submit information, applications, or commission meeting materials in an email attachment, by mail, or by dropping off materials during Town Hall business hours in a box labeled "P&Z Dept" outside of door #2 at Town Hall.
Commission Meeting information (including agendas, teleconference/call-in information, and meeting materials) will be posted to the commission web pages. Any materials for the meeting should be sent to mgiusti@town.berlin.ct.us and copied to fsemnosk@town.berlin.ct.us to be posted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the meeting.
